I was brought over to the Virgin Money account with my team at The&Partnership as part of the design studio for the newly acquired account. The brand was being launched under a new brand identity with an exciting new attitude as a challenger lifestyle brand. The role included design for direct comms emails, digital banners, in-store animations, print as well as the London Marathon sponsorship branding and experiences.
Competition to win live event tickets to see Tom Walker perform live to vinyl, with the aim of driving engagement with the Virgin Money banking app.
The campaign covered digital executions from direct comms emails, in-store video and social animation ads. Using the newly developed visual identity of the brand, we developed exciting executions connecting the brand with the fun experience that the Virgin brand had to offer.
This included developing a system for the brand pattern, to connect with visually descriptive line art, in this case a music wave form. Working with an animator to bring the imagery to life with parallax movement and effects.
